All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.
Amivastra reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised resale.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
However, in exceptional cases, order modifications may be considered if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Any such request is subject to our approval and the status of the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, no modifications can be made.
Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
Amivastra is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of placing the order.
Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer's location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns are not accepted at this time.
Exchanges are available only for size-related issues, subject to the conditions stated in our Exchange Policy.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
A one-time exchange fee of ₹250 applies.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange, except where the item received is wrong, damaged, or defective.

Care instructions are provided on product pages or garment labels.
Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions. Amivastra is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, storage, alteration, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
